General Policy

 

Return for a refund or an exchange is subject to the terms and conditions below.

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipment date, excluding Final Sale items
  • After initiating return & refund request, items must be shipped to our designated address within 15 days
  • Return item must be in original condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained or scented. Items must have tags and labels still intact to be accepted.
  • We reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the factors mentioned above. In some cases, we might charge a restocking fee.
  • If you order with coupons and return part of the items in the order, the coupons for the revised order may subject to change and Refund may be recalculated.
  • $8 fee will be deducted from refund if you need us to provide return label. 
  • You may ship at your own cost for a full refund. If you elect to receive store-credit, we will add $10 credit to cover your shipping cost. If the shipping cost more than $10, we will credit the same.
  • Returns are for domestic orders in U.S. lower 48 States only

neat360 Program

We are happy to extend the refund period from 30 days to 360 days for customers who joined our neat360 program:

  • Products can be returned within 360 days of the order date, excluding Final Sale items
  • After initiating return & refund request, items must be shipping to our designated facility within 15 days
  • We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained or scented. Items must have tags and labels still intact to be accepted for returns.

How to initiate return and refund? (Order from neatla.com)

  • Login to the account with your credential

  • Click “Orders” button to view all the orders.

  • Click “VIEW” to view order details.

  • Click “AS FOR A REFUND” to return a specific item or click “REFUND MY ENTIRE ORDER” to initiate a request for full refund.

  • Specify the reason for refund, please specify Store Credit as payment method to receive instant refund. Upload product photo if the item is not in original condition (we will check the photo and let you know how to move forward). 

  • Submit the refund request and note down the refund request #.

  • If the item is in original condition as defined in the General Policy, attach the refund request # with your return package. Please specify refund payment method (Original Payment or Store Credit), store credit is the default payment method if no information is provided.
  • We will issue refund within 1 business day after receiving return package. please allow 2-4 business days for refund to appear on your bank account.

  • Retailer Name
  • Order Number (online) or Receipt (store)
  • Your Contact Info (name, email, mobile)
